Brody Westmoreland is vice president at Bear Real Estate Advisors and is known for his ability to build strong relationships and create meaningful partnerships. His passion for connecting with others drives his work and helps him deliver strategic value to clients while contributing to Bear’s continued growth and market presence.

Brody specializes in helping clients identify and secure the best opportunities tailored to their needs across the retail, industrial, and multifamily sectors. He also works closely with founder Matt Bear to facilitate strategic investments for clients and cultivate long-term relationships that support their real estate goals.

Before joining Bear Real Estate Advisors, Brody was an associate at Logic Commercial Real Estate, where he focused on tenant and landlord representation. During his time there, he helped close more than $155 million in transactions. He became known for his strategic mindset and creative problem-solving, helping clients navigate complex deals and achieve successful outcomes.

Before beginning his commercial real estate career, Brody played professional baseball in the Houston Astros organization. His background in athletics shaped his discipline, competitiveness, and team-first mentality, all of which continue to serve him well in real estate.

Brody earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate from the UNLV Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, traveling, coaching baseball, and spending time with his wife and three children.
