Nicole Penner serves as director of operations at Bear Real Estate Advisors. Nicole is an accomplished operations and compliance professional with a diverse background spanning hospitality, finance, and real estate. Prior to joining Bear, she built extensive operational leadership experience working in food and beverage on the Las Vegas Strip and providing operational support for a celebrity chef brand with both Las Vegas and international presence, where she supported multiple partners in travel coordination, calendar management, and daily operational functions. She later transitioned into finance, strengthening her expertise in regulatory awareness, organizational management, and business operations.

Nicole also served as a transaction coordinator and compliance specialist for a real estate brokerage firm, where she managed transaction processes, supported regulatory adherence, and ensured operational accuracy across real estate activities.

She is recognized for her leadership-driven approach, strong organizational insight, and commitment to operational excellence and strategic execution that supports organizational performance and long-term growth. Nicole is passionate about driving efficiency, strengthening business operations, and helping organizations build sustainable foundations for future success.

A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Las Vegas resident for over 30 years, Nicole brings a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and integrity to her work.

Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys supporting her son’s professional hockey pursuits and engaging in creative, hands-on projects.
