Alexandria (“Alex”) Keser has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. She joined Bear Real Estate Advisors when it was founded in 2018. She has a unique gift for gathering ownership history data related to traditional real estate transactions and equity placement assignments and has helped develop and structure an extensive international company database consisting of more than 25,000 contacts. She was recently appointed to lead several Nevada land acquisition assignments, including multi-site roll out strategies.

Alex embodies the company culture of integrity first, client appreciation and a commitment to excellence.

Prior to Bear Real Estate Advisors, Alex spent four years with CBRE as an administrative assistant, serving the retail brokerage teams and the medical office brokerage team, with landlord and tenant representation and property sales. She obtained her Nevada Real Estate Salespersons license in November 2015 to further assist her teams in leasing and sales transactions.

Alex began her career spending four years as a licensed community manager, supervising the residential operations of some of Las Vegas’ most well-known luxury high-rise condominium buildings, leading teams of 15 to 20 professionals to ensure smooth operations for both the employees and residents.

Alex is proud to be raising two daughters who are smart, courageous, and active in volleyball and golf. They have a keen sense of humor that keeps everyone laughing and their love of TikTok videos is unmatched.
